Phorage located in the Palms area on Overland Ave is owned by Chef Perry Cheung. It's a cute cozy place tucked away in a small plaza near Tiki Fish. This is the perfect soup to have on a brisk day as I did. It was my first time trying Oxtail Pho and I was pretty pleased with the flavor. Don't be fooled as this is a pretty large bowl and filled with a good amount of hearty oxtail.
